I’m excited to announce that a few slackers and I are starting a new FGPts league, The Summit, to bring the top Ottoneu owners to compete against each other. The goal is to create a premiere league that will be challenging and fun, while allowing owners to test their skills against other accomplished owners. We have 9 strong teams in place and are looking to add 3 more to fill out the league. DM me if you are interested in joining the league or want more information.
The Summit was started last year with the goal of bringing together the best owners in Ottoneu. And it definitely lived up to expectations. There really were 12 really good owners and it showed from the very beginning with a very tough and shrewd draft (which I botched badly lol). The chatter all season was how difficult it was to find anything on the wire and get it for a reasonable price. I think I speak for everyone when I say I’ve never had a tougher time finding guys to fill my roster and my starting lineups. As for the results, @bond224 had an insane first half of the season, lapping everyone. @zbrum25 didn’t let up though and kept improving his team and putting up points and overtook Dave in the middle of September, winning by 300 points. It was a very impressive show of skill by both of them. At the bottom, it was a mad dash all season to stay out of the last 2 relegation spots. Besides Zach, the most active buyers seemed to be the bottom 3-4 teams. In the end, 10th and 11th put up 16,700 points and were only separated by 8 points! I think everyone enjoyed it and really felt like it was a step above any other league they have ever done. Except maybe for Zach, who just wins his league every year no matter who the competition is.

The league includes relegation, which means the two teams that finish the lowest are replaced. So, we’re looking for the next wave of owners to compete for the next championship. Here is the league charter, if you’d like more information. DM me if you’re interested in joining.
