Ties in H2H heading into playoffs

Hello. In a head-to-head format, how are ties decided heading into the playoffs? In other words, when seeding teams, what if two have the same win-loss record? Does it default to overall points accumulated? I searched the forum for head-to-head and playoffs but did not find an answer.

Qualifying for OPL in H2H

I just took a look at the OPL rules. One of the qualification rules is: “Finish top-6 in the season prior to the OPL season.” In a head-to-head league, is sixth place determined by win-loss record alone (there could be a tie for sixth place–multiple sixth place teams qualify for OPL) or by a tie-breaker of total points…or something else (only one sixth place team in each head-to-head league qualifies for OPL).
