Users should be able to visit the production tab under team while they are over cap/over roster. It’s a very helpful decisionmaking tool that does not violate the spirit of not letting managers make lineup/roster changes until the problem is remedied. Right now I want to see, for example, whether I’ve actually used a backup player as much as I think I have.

This has been implemented. The team production page now shows a message if viewed by a team that is over limits.
