Waiver clarification

We just had our first waiver player pickup go thru a few minutes ago, and I think I know the answer but wanted to double check.

Waiver go to the team lowest in the standings right? And since the season has started, but week 1 isn’t completed, its based on points? And if that is true, is it based on points at the time the 24 waiver timer is up? And is there some sort of “transaction report” that would show the standings as of the time of that waiver process?

Not really, in 10 years it hasn’t really come up. You can go to the Standings page and go back in time if you need to.

No one has questioned it, I just know that based on the timing of the waiver processed, the standings may have been decided on when Scherzer gave up one of his 4 home runs today ha, and that got me curious
