When your league can’t get going and the regular season starts, naturally you may wonder if you can get a refund - after all, you paid money and didn’t get to play the game.
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

A league canceled before the season begins will get a refund for payments made for the upcoming season.

A league that is unfilled (less than 12 owners) can be canceled at any time with a refund.
In order to cancel your league, your commissioner must go to Commissioner Tools -> League Settings and select “Cancel League”. In doing so, they will be told if a refund will be offered or not.
