Being able to group players by their level would make it easier to make comparisons.
The table already appears to grab the stats from their current/ latest league- can it be added as a sortable field? (MLB, AAA, AA, etc.)
I realize space on this page is getting limited… I noticed that cap penalties (CP) are included. Maybe I’m in the minority, but this field doesn’t offer me much utility in this context. (Edit: the table also already indicates the player has been cut with the notation: FA (cut).)
I do love the drag and drop but would like the ability to sort by league level to still be under future consideration.
Manually dragging would allow someone to attempt sorting this way, but then they’d lose the ability to ever sort by another column. As far as I can tell, once you do that, any custom dragging that was done is lost.
FWIW, the correct league level stats seem to show up in the table. However, sometimes the level does not appear next to the player’s name in the “Name” field. Of course I don’t have an example to give at the moment…
Jared Young’s stats are a combination of AAA and A from this year, but his player’s name in the stat tables do not indicate a current minor league level. At a glance, it appears he is on the Mets major league club.
