We’ve secured two new owners for our league. What needs to be done to unlock rosters to allow cuts?
If you’re a commissioner, go to Commish Tools->Current Owners. If teams have “P-F cuts” checked, they are set. If they don’t, check them off and they’ll have penalty-free cuts.
