A manager in one of my leagues is claiming that I have blocked his access to message boards. He says he is “only limited with characters I can say”. I am not sure what he means. I have told him that I did not think there was a setting to block his ability to post messages in the commissioner tools. Am I correct? I could not find a way to do that.
