Can Commissioners set lineups?

Here’s a wishlist item from 2017:

Commissioner powers, weekly matchup viewing

It would be nice if commissioners could help fix or adjust lineups throughout the week, in the case of a dl assignment or illegal lineup. Also is there a way for easier viewing of upcoming weekly matchups when setting lineups?

New to the Ottoneu. Not new at being Commish. One big Commish tool I have needed with other sites and already need here halfway into my auction… is making roster adjustments for other owners. There is no real difference between any sport on this front - every team needs someone actively managing it and the fall off from an active manager to no one is a fall off that cannot be papered over by a commissioner trying to manage 2 teams at the same time.
