How do you add a manager to a team on the Available Teams list?

Multiple Owners for a Team

My friend and I are planning on co-running a team. Is it possible to have 2 accounts associated with one team so that one of us doesn’t have to log out of our normal account and log in to the other person’s account every time we look at the team (I can’t stand the way his player stats customized dashboard looks). Thanks!

Installing a Co-Owner

My commissioner is having some trouble finding where the setting is to add a Co-Owner. Could someone either provide a step-by-step walkthrough, or maybe some screenshots? Thanks so much.
