A few years ago I made a change to how baseball leagues created after July 1 work, and I wanted to highlight it for those of you who have been introduced to Ottoneu via Six Picks or Rates and Barrels or are just generally lurking, looking for a team.
If you start a $20 (no prizes) league on July 1 or later, you do not have to renew until the end of the following season. That means if you started a league today, you would not have to renew your team until January 31, 2027.
As always, if your league does not get going for whatever reason, we will refund you, no questions asked.
Hey Niv, I’m looking to start up a new baseball league. I chose the $100 option, but when I go to create the league, the payment options are grayed out. Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong? Also, would love to get some great managers into this league if you know of people who are interested. Thanks!
