I noticed a very minor bug…of the lowest possible priority. I was studying times in lineup in OPL 2025 and found that in at least one case, a player, David Roberston, was listed as 14 times in the lineup when I am quite sure he should have been zero times in lineup. Imagine my surprise! Robertson is rostered on three teams. Anyway, this is very low priority and affects only OPL nerds analyzing OPL data like myself but thought you might be interested to know.
Look at the EllySho PhoSho roster. David Robertson is listed as 14 time in EllySho’s OPL active lineup. He has not pitched this season as far as I know.
So here’s an example. I don’t think this counts as a bug. He is valid as part of the optimal lineup here. It is a hilarious solution to “optimal lineup” but it is technically correct!
Ah yes. I am familiar with the single zero in the active lineup. I am not questioning the scoring. That always looks correct.
I just wonder about the “Times is Lineup” column. I thought the column was a count of positive scores in the active lineup. Robertson is the first time I have seen zeroes counted as “Times in Lineup”. Now I know it is not.
This is a small thing but when I sort the OPL roster page for this team below by “Times In Lineup” it says that Bryan Woo has been in the lineup 32 times, which is not correct. Just want to make sure this isn’t anything more than a visual error.
