Whoever it was that was looking for a Lefty Releiver, I’m putting Z.Britton up on the block. Could use some SP depth or OF depth.
League website is updated through April 18th and the 19th is being real-time simmed with Mesa-Greensboro in the bottom of the first.
League website is updated to 4/20 and the league file is updated as well.
New Orleans Simules’s Alex Avila is available. Looking for a decent dh, or 1b. Or serviceable RP or SP. Thanks!
Experiencing problems downloading league file. Suggestions?
Could you be more specific about what the problem is?
I’m sure it’s my end. “Not Responding” Previous attempt gave “Unable to download league file.” Was there an update to OOTP that I’m missing?
Sounds like a connection problem. I restarted the FTP server, so give it another shot.
If anyone else is having trouble getting the latest league save, let me know.
Okay. Rebooted on my end and made the download the first thing I did. Success. May just be my laptop starting to have some issues. Thanks Niv.
Going forward, this is what I will aim to accomplish each night:
- Imports around 8pm ET
- Simulate up until the following Sunday
- Generate reports and update the league website
- Real-time Sim Broadcast Sunday’s games (~8:30-8:35pm ET)
- Finalize Sunday, update website, new league save file (~10:30p ET)
It looks like everyone is off on Sunday, April 26th. We’ll be real-time simming Saturday, April 25th tonight. Tell your friends.
I’m already working on a webcast deal for my team, should increase this years revenue considerably. . .

Gotta say thanks for doing updates of the league web page. At first, I didn’t understand the utility of it given the need to be in OOTP to make changes. But I find a lot of the information about my team is more digestible on the web page than within OOTP (their UI is a bit, er, overwhelming at times. . . ) so its been a useful tool when I want to quickly catch-up on how I did after a sim. So if that’s an extra step for you, Niv, it’s much appreciated.
Also, the real time sim is a blast. You’re the best Niv!
