Paydala one-time password email not sending

Hi, just taken team over.
Trying to make renewal payment but I’m not receiving the ID Validation code to complete payment.
Help please

You trying email or phone for your OTP?

Email, doesn’t like my mobile number (UK)
Didn’t have a problem with renewing my other teams, so assumed it was very busy on last day to renew

I’ll check in on their email service. Maybe try again in a little bit.

I’ve given Paydala feedback that their OTP emails aren’t sending. If you aren’t able to renew tonight as a result, no worries, as there is a grace period of about 10 days before teams are taken away.

Due to deadline, the team I’m trying to renew will likely show as abandoned.
I’ve advised commissioner and will try to pay tomorrow

Niv, I sent you email…Tried getting on Paydala on 2 different devices and keep getting a page that says Paydala and Error…“Unable to get user’s location and it won’t take me out of that page to the site…Been trying for the last 2 hours…Keep getting same thing…

Paydala has acknowledged their emails aren’t sending. Having very recently lived through a harrowing period of time in which emails didn’t send for no discernible reason, I have a fair amount of sympathy. I will update when I know more.
