Traded Players Missing Stats (Weekly Lineups)

In previous years, if a player was in your lineup but traded midweek, that player was still considered “in your lineup” for the whole scoring period and you received their stats for the whole week. That doesn’t seem to be the case this year; not sure if something got shifted with the weekly lineup lock time adjustment?

I traded Tommy Kahnle in a weekly league (871) on Monday. I received his stats in my lineup Monday night and the trade processed Wens. morning. However, when I look at my stats from yesterday, he still shows up in my lineup, but his stats line appears blank even though he pitched and got a save.

If stats for traded players no longer count for the weekly lock, it makes trading in weekly leagues incredibly difficult. Either production is lost to make the deal or a trade has to be timed perfectly so that is processes on Monday before games start.

Here is a wishlist thread started by you that indicates how weekly lineups changed this season:

This certainly is a bug related to that. I’ll look into it. Do you still have Kahnle’s stats from Monday?

Also can you please link to 1) the Live page on the date where you didn’t get stats, 2) your team, 3) your league?

Yes, Kahnle’s stats from Monday registered. Seen here

His stats from yesterday are missing.

It’s a good sign that he’s still showing up on your team’s live tab and not the team he got traded to. I should be able to get this sorted today.

I’ve taken a new approach to how lineups are pulled for weekly lineups. This issue has been fixed by the new approach.

I would not be surprised if there are some other unexpected outcomes for weekly lineups, so please let me know if you are in a weekly lineup and see something weird - it is probably related to the bigger change to how lineups are locked.
