I’m reading the OPL rules and I’m not completely understanding the roster updates part.
Will my OPL roster only include players I had on day 1 of each round, there not including players I add mid-round? That’s how I’m interpreting it.

Yes. That is how the snapshot works. Anyone you pick up after the first day of OPL will not be on your OPL roster unless they are on your team at the date of the subsequent snapshot.
