There are a lot of related ideas to this scattered across the Wishlist. As a result of these ideas, I’ve added toggles for positions and inflation.
I think creating an entire second Roster Organizer would be really confusing and probably overkill for a lot of people, but I also understand the tension of thinking about present day and the future, its a core tension (by design!) of Ottoneu games.
I’ll continue to think about this.

At the top of the Roster Organizer, I’ve added a couple of switches

The first switch changes every player to show their projected salary for the next season. This includes the base $2/$1 increases and any applied arbitration during the arbitration period. This switch is meant to allow you to budget for the upcoming year inclusive of all salary increases.

It would be really helpful to have the following year’s projected positions somewhere on the roster organizer, maybe just in parenthesis after the current eligible positions.

Can you add a button to the roster organizer that will add the $1 or $2 to each player’s salary for the next season? Currently I add a “Target” player to my bench and manually count the extra money (and arbitration)
